基于BIM技术的工程造价管理问题及优化策略研究


摘要
随着建筑行业的快速发展和信息技术的不断进步,建筑信息模型(BIM)技术作为一种创新性的数字化管理工具,正逐步成为提升工程项目管理水平、优化资源配置、提高生产效率的关键手段。然而,在实际应用中,BIM技术在工程造价管理领域的普及和应用仍面临诸多挑战,如模型准确性不足、技术兼容性差、成本效益评估困难以及专业人才短缺等问题。因此,本文旨在探讨基于BIM技术的工程造价管理问题及相应的优化策略。首先,概述了BIM技术的基本概念与特点以及工程造价管理的理论框架,为后续研究奠定基础。随后,深入分析了当前BIM技术在工程造价管理中存在的主要问题,包括BIM模型的准确性问题、与造价管理软件的兼容性问题、技术应用的成本与效益问题以及人员素质与培训问题等。针对这些问题,本文提出了具体的优化策略,如提高BIM模型的准确性和完整性、改善BIM技术与造价管理软件的兼容性、优化BIM技术的成本效益以及强化人才培训与教育等。通过实施这些策略,旨在推动BIM技术在工程造价管理中的深入应用,提高工程造价管理的效率和精度,为建筑行业的可持续发展贡献力量。

Abstract
With the rapid development of the construction industry and the continuous progress of information technology, building information model (BIM) technology, as an innovative digital management tool, is gradually becoming a key means to improve the level of project management, optimize resource allocation and improve production efficiency. However, in practical application, the popularization and application of BIM technology in the field of engineering cost management still faces many challenges, such as insufficient model accuracy, poor technical compatibility, difficulty in cost-benefit evaluation and shortage of professional talents. Therefore, this paper aims to discuss the engineering cost management problem based on BIM technology and the corresponding optimization strategy. Firstly, the basic concepts and characteristics of BIM technology and the theoretical fr amework of engineering cost management, laying a foundation for subsequent research. Subsequently, the main problems existing in the current BIM technology in engineering cost management are deeply analyzed, including the accuracy of BIM model, compatibility with cost management software, cost and benefit of technology application, personnel quality and training, etc. To solve these problems, this paper proposes specific optimization strategies, such as improving the accuracy and integrity of BIM model, improving the compatibility of BIM technology and cost management software, optimizing the cost-effectiveness of BIM technology, and strengthening personnel training and education. Through the implementation of these strategies, it aims to promote the in-depth application of BIM technology in project cost management, improve the efficiency and accuracy of project cost management, and contribute to the sustainable development of the construction industry.
