Abstract
With the title of "Cost optimization and Management of small sports ground construction Project", focuses on the cost optimization strategy and management practice in the construction process of small sports ground. As an important part of community sports facilities, is of great significance for improving residents' physical fitness and enriching their spare time life. However, in the process of the implementation of the construction project, how to effectively control the cost, to improve the efficiency of fund use, has become the key to the success of the project. At first, this paper analyzes the main components of small sports ground construction project cost, including land cost, design cost, material cost, construction cost and supporting facilities cost, etc. For different cost items, this paper puts forward specific optimization strategies. In terms of land selection, gives priority to low-cost plots that meet the planning requirements; In the design stage, carries out quota design, introduces competition mechanism to select excellent design units, ensures the economic rationality and practicability of the design scheme; material procurement, pay attention to cost performance, preferred high-quality and inexpensive materials; In the construction process, strengthen site management, improve construction efficiency, reduce unnecessary waste.
