本文探讨了企业文化对员工绩效的影响机制及提升策略。首先概述了企业文化的定义、核心要素及其与企业发展的紧密关系,进而分析了创新型、家族式和市场导向型等主要企业文化类型。随后,深入研究了企业文化对员工绩效产生的负面影响,包括工作动机减弱、职业满意度下降、过于强调规章制度以及精神激励不足等问题。针对这些挑战,本文提出了相应的优化策略,如设定明确目标以增强员工的方向感和动力,改善工作环境以提升员工的工作体验和舒适度,强调人文关怀制度以增强员工的归属感和忠诚度,以及加强精神激励以激发员工的积极性和创造力。通过这些策略的实施,企业可以有效提升员工绩效,进而实现可持续发展。本研究为企业文化的优化和员工绩效的提升提供了理论指导和实践路径。

Abstract
This paper discusses the influence mechanism and promotion strategy of enterprise culture on employee performance. Firstly, it summarizes the definition of corporate culture, core elements and its close relationship with the development of enterprises, and then analyzes the main corporate culture types such as innovative, family and market-oriented, etc. Subsequently, the negative impact of corporate culture on employee performance was deeply studied, including reduced job motivation, decreased career satisfaction, too much emphasis on rules and regulations, and the lack of spiritual incentives. For these challenges, this paper puts forward the corresponding optimization strategy, such as setting clear goals to enhance the employee's direction and motivation, improve the working environment to improve the work experience and comfort, emphasize the humanistic care system to enhance the sense of belonging and loyalty, and strengthen the spiritual incentive to stimulate the employee's enthusiasm and creativity. Through the implementation of these strategies, enterprises can effectively improve employee performance, and thus achieve sustainable development. This study provides theoretical guidance and practical path for the optimization of corporate culture and the improvement of employee performance.

Abstract
This paper discusses the influence mechanism and promotion strategy of enterprise culture on employee performance.
