摘 要
本文深入探讨了疫情背景下企业危机管理的相关问题及优化策略。首先概述了企业危机管理的基本概念、特点及主要模式,随后分析了疫情对企业运营环境的深刻影响,包括运营环境突变、营收下滑与财务压力加剧,以及数字化转型加速等挑战。在此基础上,重点揭示了疫情背景下企业危机管理存在的主要问题,如层级隔阂导致决策迟缓、沟通文化缺失加剧信息不对称、预警系统不健全难以有效识别风险,以及过度依赖传统模式限制危机应对灵活性等。针对这些问题,本文提出了建立扁平化管理结构、营造开放沟通氛围、设置预警阈值及引入创新技术等策略建议,旨在为企业构建适应疫情新常态的危机管理体系,提升企业应对危机的能力与效率,为企业的可持续发展提供有力支持。

Abstract
This paper discusses the related problems and optimization strategies of enterprise crisis management under the background of epidemic. First, the basic concepts, characteristics and main modes of enterprise crisis management are summarized, and then the profound impact of the epidemic on the enterprise operating environment is analyzed, including the challenges such as the sudden operating environment, declining revenue and increasing financial pressure, and the acceleration of digital transformation. On this basis, the main problems existing in enterprise crisis management in the context of the epidemic are revealed, such as slow decision-making caused by hierarchical barriers, lack of communication culture aggravating information asymmetry, imperfect early warning system to effectively identify risks, and excessive reliance on traditional models to limit the flexibility of crisis response. For these problems, this paper puts forward the flat management structure, create open communication atmosphere, set warning threshold and the introduction of innovative technology strategy, aims to build to adapt to the outbreak of the new normal crisis management system, improve the ability of enterprises to deal with the crisis and efficiency, provide strong support for the sustainable development of the enterprise.
