Abstract

This paper comprehensively discusses the relationship between employee behavior and motivation in enterprise crisis management and its optimization strategy. Firstly, the definition and classification of enterprise crisis and the basic process and strategy of crisis management are summarized, which lays a foundation for the subsequent analysis. Then, it deeply analyzes the key role of employee behavior in each stage of crisis management, and reveals the direct impact of employee behavior on the effectiveness of crisis management. Then, the paper elaborates on the characteristics of employee motivation in crisis situations, including the strengthening of survival and safety needs, the pursuit of belonging and identity, and the consideration of self-realization and career development, and discusses the organizational culture, leadership style, personal characteristics and other multiple factors that affect these motivations. On this basis, it deeply analyzes how motivation drives employee behavior choice and how behavioral feedback dynamically adjusts employee motivation, and emphasizes the matching between different stages of crisis management and employee behavior motivation. Finally, this paper puts forward four strategies to optimize employee behavior and motivation in enterprise crisis management: establishing motivation and incentive mechanism under crisis situation, designing adaptive training to improve employees' crisis coping ability, creating supportive organizational environment to promote positive behavior, and implementing dynamic communication strategies to strengthen employees' sense of belonging.
