摘 要
本文旨在探讨工程项目供应链管理的瓶颈问题及其解决对策。首先概述了工程项目供应链管理的定义、特性及主要环节,明确了其在成本控制、质量提升、时间管理与进度优化以及可持续发展与环境保护等方面的目标。随后,深入剖析了工程项目供应链管理中存在的瓶颈问题,包括审批层级多导致的效率低下、多种付款方式增加的管理复杂度、信息传递延迟造成的协同障碍以及库存管理不善引发的资源浪费。针对这些问题,本文提出了相应的解决对策,包括重新评估并优化审批层级以简化流程、统一付款方式以降低管理难度、建立统一信息平台以促进信息共享与协同、以及实施精益库存管理以提升资源利用效率。通过本研究,旨在为工程项目供应链管理提供实践指导和理论依据,帮助企业优化管理流程、提升运营效率,进而实现工程项目的顺利实施与可持续发展。

Abstract
This paper aims to discuss the bottleneck problem of engineering project supply chain management and its solutions. First of all, the definition, characteristics and main links of supply chain management of engineering projects are summarized, and its goals in cost control, quality improvement, time management and schedule optimization, sustainable development and environmental protection are defined. Subsequently, the bottleneck problems in the supply chain management of engineering projects were deeply analyzed, including the low efficiency caused by multiple approval levels, the increased management complexity of multiple payment methods, the collaborative obstacles caused by delayed information transmission, and the waste of resources caused by poor inventory management. In view of these problems, this paper proposes corresponding solutions, including reevaluating and optimizing the approval level to simplify the process, unifying payment methods to reduce the difficulty of management, establishing a unified information platform to promote information sharing and collaboration, and implementing lean inventory management to improve the efficiency of resource utilization. Through this study, it aims to provide practical guidance and theoretical basis for the supply chain management of engineering projects, help enterprises to optimize the management process, improve the operation efficiency, and then realize the smooth implementation and sustainable development of engineering projects.
