林业资源数字化管理面临的挑战与对策


摘    要
本文全面概述了林业资源数字化管理的现状、必要性、面临的挑战及应对策略。数字化管理,作为利用现代信息技术手段优化资源配置、提高管理效率的新型管理方式,在林业资源管理中展现出巨大潜力。文章首先定义了数字化管理的概念,并详细阐述了其技术基础,包括数据采集与更新、数据处理与分析、以及可视化与虚拟现实等关键技术,这些技术共同构成了林业资源数字化管理的核心支撑。林业资源数字化管理的必要性体现在多个方面:它不仅能够有效提升林业资源管理的效率和精度,通过实时监测和数据分析实现精准决策;还能加强林业资源的保护与可持续利用,通过智能预警和应急响应机制减少损失;同时,数字化管理还推动了林业产业的转型升级,优化产业链管理并促进创新发展。然而,林业资源数字化管理也面临诸多挑战,包括基础设施薄弱、硬件设备落后、软件系统不完善等硬件与软件层面的问题,以及技术更新迭代快、数据质量参差不齐、专业人才短缺等管理与人才方面的挑战。针对这些挑战,本文提出了相应的应对策略,如加强基础设施建设、设备更新与升级、优化软件系统、跟踪技术动态、制定数据标准以及引进高端人才等,以期为林业资源数字化管理的实践提供有力支持。

Abstract
This paper gives a comprehensive overview of the current situation, necessity, challenges and coping strategies of digital management of forestry resources. Digital management, as a new management mode to use modern information technology to optimize resource allocation and improve management efficiency, has shown great potential in forestry resource management. The paper first defines the concept of digital management, and elaborated its technical basis, including data collection and update, data processing and analysis, and visualization and virtual reality and other key technologies, which together constitute the core support of the digital management of forestry resources. The necessity of digital management of forestry resources is reflected in many aspects: it can not only effectively improve the efficiency and precision of forestry resources management, realize accurate decision-making through real-time monitoring and data analysis; also strengthen the protection and sustainable utilization of forestry resources, and reduce the loss through intelligent early warning and emergency response mechanism; digital management also promotes the transformation and upgrading of forestry industry, optimizes the industrial chain management and promotes innovative development. However, the digital management of forestry resources also faces many challenges, including hardware and software problems such as weak infrastructure, backward hardware equipment and imperfect software system, as well as management and talent challenges such as fast technology update and iteration, uneven data quality and shortage of professional talents. In view of these challenges, this paper puts forward corresponding coping strategies, such as strengthening infrastructure construction, equipment update and upgrading, optimizing software system, tracking technology dynamics, formulating data standards and introducing high-end talents, etc., in order to provide strong support for the practice of digital management of forestry resources.
