Abstract
This study deeply explores the influence mechanism of corporate culture on employee behavior. The concept and composition of corporate culture, including its definition, main elements and forms of ex pression, which provides a comprehensive perspective for the understanding of corporate culture. It defines the scope of employee behavior, including the definition, classification and influencing factors of behavior, and lays a foundation for the analysis of employee behavior. When studying the influence of corporate culture on employee behavior, this study finds that the values of corporate culture play an important role in guiding employee behavior, while norms and systems exert constraints on employee behavior. At the same time, a good interaction between enterprise atmosphere and employee behavior, and the play of leadership has a profound impact on employee behavior. This study reveals the mechanism by which corporate culture influences employee behavior. The formation of employees' identity, the establishment of common values and the enhancement of their sense of belonging and participation are all key links for corporate culture to influence employee behavior. In addition, the internalization of values, the design of incentive mechanism and the implementation of feedback and adjustment mechanism together constitute the core of the incentive and motivation of employee behavior. In terms of the supervision and adjustment of employee behavior, this study emphasizes the importance of the design of incentive mechanism for employee behavior, and points out that the feedback and adjustment mechanism can continuously optimize employee behavior and improve the overall performance of the enterprise. Finally, this study also explored the cultivation and change of employee habits, emphasizing the habituation of daily behaviors and the importance of continuous learning and adaptation. Through in-depth analysis of the influence mechanism of corporate culture on employee behavior, this study aims to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the construction of corporate culture, and help enterprises to better understand and guide employee behavior, so as to improve the overall competitiveness and sustainable development ability of enterprises.
