本文概述了自动化焊接技术在机械制造中的应用、挑战和应对策略。文章首先定义并分类了自动化焊接技术,分析了其核心组成部分,包括硬件、控制系统和安全监控系统。自动化焊接技术显著提高了生产效率和质量,尤其在精密零件制造中表现出色,改善了工作环境,降低了劳动强度,并节约了材料和成本。但技术复杂性、严格精度要求、多样化材料和缺陷、高昂的初期投资以及专业人才短缺是其面临的挑战。应对策略包括加强技术研发、设备升级、材料特性分析、缺陷预防、投资规划和人才培养,以提升技术适应性、稳定性,降低成本,保障焊接质量,促进行业持续发展。

APPLICATION OF AUTOMATIC WELDING TECHNOLOGY IN MECHANICAL MANUFACTURING
ABSTRACT
This paper outlines the application, challenges and coping strategies of automatic welding techniques in mechanical manufacturing. The article first defines and classifies the automatic welding technology and analyzes its core components, including hardware, control system and safety monitoring system. Automated welding technology has significantly improved production efficiency and quality, especially in the manufacture of precision parts, improved the working environment, reduced labor intensity, and saved materials and costs. But the technical complexity, strict precision requirements, diversified materials and defects, high initial investment and professional talent shortage are the challenges. The response strategies include strengthening technology research and development, equipment upgrading, material characteristic analysis, defect prevention, investment planning and talent training, so as to improve technical adaptability and stability, reduce costs, guarantee welding quality, and promote the sustainable development of the industry.
