测绘新技术在海洋测绘中的应用研究
摘要
随着科技的飞速发展,测绘新技术不断涌现,如遥感技术、声纳探测技术以及卫星定位技术等,这些技术在海洋测绘中展现出了巨大的潜力和价值。遥感技术以其非接触、大范围、快速获取数据的特点,在海洋环境监测、生态评估、灾害预警等方面发挥了重要作用;声纳探测技术则通过发射声波并接收其回波来探测海底地形、障碍物等,为海底测绘提供了精确的数据支持;而卫星定位技术则利用卫星信号进行全球范围内的定位与导航,为海洋航行提供了可靠的安全保障。在海洋测绘的具体应用中,这些新技术不仅提高了测绘的精度和效率,还拓展了测绘的应用范围。然而,与此同时,测绘新技术也面临着诸多挑战,如技术层面的限制、数据处理与融合的复杂性、设备在极端环境下的安全性与可靠性问题,以及高昂的成本与有限的资源之间的矛盾等。针对这些挑战,本文提出了相应的提升对策,包括加强技术研发与创新,突破技术瓶颈;完善数据处理与融合机制,提高数据处理的精度和效率;提升设备的安全性与可靠性,确保在复杂海洋环境下的稳定运行;以及推动政策支持与产业合作,形成产学研用相结合的创新体系,共同推动测绘新技术在海洋测绘中的发展与应用。

Abstract
With the rapid development of science and technology, new surveying and mapping technologies continue to emerge, such as remote sensing technology, sonar detection technology and satellite positioning technology, and these technologies have shown great potential and value in Marine surveying and mapping. Remote sensing technology, with its contactless, extensive and fast data acquisition, plays an important role in Marine environment monitoring, ecological assessment and disaster warning; sonar detection technology detects underwater terrain and obstacles, providing accurate data support for seabed mapping, and satellite positioning technology uses satellite signals for global positioning and navigation, providing reliable safety guarantee for ocean navigation. In the specific application of Marine mapping, these new technologies not only improve the accuracy and efficiency of mapping, but also expand the application scope of mapping. However, at the same time, the new surveying and mapping technology also faces many challenges, such as technical limitations, the complexity of data processing and fusion, the security and reliability of equipment in extreme environments, and the contradiction between high cost and limited resources. In view of these challenges, this paper puts forward corresponding improvement countermeasures, including strengthening technology research and development and innovation, breaking through the technical bottleneck; improving the data processing and fusion mechanism, improving the accuracy and efficiency of data processing; improving the safety and reliability of equipment, ensuring the stable operation in complex Marine environment; and promoting the policy support and industrial cooperation, forming the innovation system combining industry, university, research and application, and jointly promoting the development and application of new surveying and mapping technology in Marine surveying and mapping.
