Abstract
This paper mainly studies the optimization and application of construction engineering procurement supply chain management mode. Firstly, through the introduction of related concepts and theoretical basis, the concepts of supply chain management, procurement management, construction engineering procurement and optimization theoretical basis are expounded, which provides basic theoretical support for the subsequent research. Based on the analysis of the current situation of construction engineering procurement supply chain management, the problems and influencing factors of procurement supply chain management are put forward, and the current situation is analyzed in detail. On the basis of identifying the problems, a series of optimization countermeasures are discussed, including solving the problem, optimization countermeasures of construction engineering procurement supply chain management and optimization strategy implementation path, which provides optimization direction for construction engineering procurement supply chain management. This paper gives the optimization suggestions of supply chain management mode and the corresponding case analysis. A series of opinions and suggestions are put forward in terms of optimizing the supply chain management of construction engineering procurement, including optimizing the procurement process, strengthening the procurement supply chain management process, and adopting new information technology as the main optimization strategies. In the case analysis and experience summary, the concrete application effects of optimization suggestions are illustrated through specific practical cases, which provides experience summary for practice. Finally, the conclusion of the research results is given, and the application prospect of supply chain management optimization in construction engineering procurement is forecasted.
