摘 要
本文探讨了新生代员工的特点、工作体验及管理难点与对策。新生代员工注重个性化发展,拥有独特的工作动机,对工作环境、任务挑战及工作关系有特定期望。然而,企业在管理新生代员工时面临多元化需求满足困难、技能培训失衡、绩效考核标准模糊及高流失率等挑战。为应对这些难点,企业应深入了解新生代员工需求,引入实践性培训方式以提升技能,明确绩效考核指标以确保公平公正,并提供具有竞争力的薪酬福利以减少流失。本研究旨在为企业有效管理新生代员工提供理论指导和实践策略,以提升整体团队效能和企业竞争力。

Abstract
This paper discusses the characteristics, work experience and management difficulties of the new generation of employees and the countermeasures. The new generation of employees focuses on personalized development, has unique work motivation, and has specific expectations for work environment, task challenges and work relationships. However, when managing the new generation of employees, enterprises face challenges such as difficulties in meeting diversified needs, unbalanced skills training, fuzzy performance appraisal standards and high turnover rate. In order to cope with these difficulties, enterprises should have a deep understanding of the needs of the new generation of employees, introduce practical training methods to improve skills, clarify performance appraisal indicators to ensure fairness and justice, and provide competitive compensation and benefits to reduce loss. This study aims to provide theoretical guidance and practical strategies for the effective management of new-generation employees to improve the overall team efficiency and enterprise competitiveness.
