摘 要
本文探讨了高级人才的相关概述及其流动影响因素,分析了企业在吸引高级人才方面所面临的现实困境,并提出了相应的优化策略。文章首先定义了高级人才及其特征和能力要求,随后从个人、组织和社会三个方面阐述了高级人才流动的影响因素。接着,文章指出企业在吸引高级人才时面临的薪酬福利竞争力不足、职业发展平台受限、企业文化与价值观冲突及工作环境与期望不符等困境。为应对这些挑战,文章提出了设计具有竞争力的薪酬福利体系、完善职业发展体系、塑造积极的企业文化以及改善办公设施与工作环境等策略,旨在为企业吸引和留住高级人才提供有益的参考。

Abstract
This paper discusses the relevant overview of senior talents and their flow influencing factors, analyzes the practical difficulties faced by enterprises in attracting senior talents, and proposes the corresponding optimization strategies. The paper first defines the characteristics and ability requirements of senior talents, and then expounds the influencing factors of the flow of senior talents from three aspects: individual, organization and society. Then, the article points out that enterprises attract senior talents, such as lack of competitiveness in salary and welfare benefits, limited career development platform, conflicts between corporate culture and values, and inconsistent working environment and expectations. In order to meet these challenges, the paper puts forward strategies for designing a competitive salary and welfare system, improving the career development system, shaping a positive corporate culture and improving the office facilities and working environment, aiming to provide useful reference for enterprises to attract and retain senior talents.
