摘要

本研究深入探讨了小学心理健康教育模式的构建与创新。在当前社会背景下,小学生的心理健康问题日益凸显,其教育模式的优化与完善显得尤为重要。通过综合分析国内外研究现状,本研究旨在明确小学心理健康教育的目标与内容,并基于人本主义理论和认知行为理论,提出了一套具体的小学心理健康教育模式。界定了心理健康的定义,并探讨了心理健康教育的理论基础。在此基础上,结合小学生的年龄特点和心理需求,明确了小学心理健康教育的总体目标和具体目标,并针对性地选择了适宜的教育内容。同时,本研究还探讨了小学心理健康教育的主要方法,包括传统的教育手段和创新的策略,并强调了建立科学的评价体系的重要性。在模式创新方面,本研究引入了新技术、新方法和新理念,以期提升小学心理健康教育的效果。新技术的引入,如利用互联网和多媒体资源,丰富了教学手段,提高了学生的学习兴趣;新方法的引入,如情境模拟和角色扮演,增强了学生的参与感和体验感;新理念的引入,如关注学生个体差异和全面发展,更加贴近学生的实际需求。本研究不仅为小学心理健康教育提供了理论支持和实践指导,也为相关领域的研究提供了有益的参考。

Abstract

This study deeply discusses the construction and innovation of primary school mental health education model. Under the current social background, the mental health problems of primary school students are becoming increasingly prominent, and the optimization and perfection of their education model is particularly important. Through a comprehensive analysis of domestic and foreign research status, this study aims to clarify the goal and content of primary school mental health education, and proposes a set of specific primary school mental health education model based on humanistic theory and cognitive behavior theory. The definition of mental health is defined and the theoretical basis of mental health education is discussed. On this basis, combined with the age characteristics and psychological needs of primary school students, the overall goal and specific goal of mental health education in primary school are defined, and the appropriate educational content is selected. At the same time, this study also discusses the main methods of primary school mental health education, including traditional educational means and innovative strategies, and emphasizes the importance of establishing a scientific evaluation system. In terms of model innovation, this study introduces new technologies, new methods and new ideas in order to improve the effect of primary school mental health education. The introduction of new technologies, such as the use of the Internet and multimedia resources, enriches teaching methods and enhances students' interest in learning; The introduction of new methods, such as situational simulation and role play, enhances students' sense of participation and experience; The introduction of new ideas, such as paying attention to individual differences and all-round development of students, is closer to the actual needs of students. This study not only provides theoretical support and practical guidance for primary school mental health education, but also provides a useful reference for research in related fields.
