幼儿园游戏活动中师幼互动存在的问题及策略研究

摘  要

本文概述了师幼互动的定义、主要形式及特点,并探讨了其在幼儿园游戏活动中的重要性,包括对幼儿社交能力、情感发展和认知发展的积极影响。然而,当前幼儿园游戏活动中师幼互动存在诸多问题,如师幼缺乏公平互动、互动模式单一以及忽略游戏本身价值等。这些问题限制了幼儿在游戏中的自由探索和全面发展。为解决这些问题,本文提出了优化策略,包括强调幼儿的主体地位,采用多样化的互动方式,以及重新认识游戏的价值,旨在提升师幼互动的质量,促进幼儿园教育活动的有效性,为幼儿的健康成长和全面发展创造更加积极的环境。

Abstract

This article outlines the definitions, main forms, and features of teacher-child interaction, and explores its importance in kindergarten game activities, including positive effects on children's social skills, emotional development, and cognitive development. However, there are many problems in the interaction between teachers and children in the current kindergarten games, such as the lack of fair interaction between teachers and children, the single interaction mode, and the neglect of the value of the game itself. These problems limit young children's free exploration and comprehensive development in games. To solve these problems, this paper puts forward the optimization strategy, including emphasis on the subject position of children, the use of diversified interactive ways, and to recognize the value of the game, aims to improve the quality of interaction, promote the effectiveness of kindergarten education activities, for the healthy growth and comprehensive development to create a more positive environment.
