幼儿园劳动教育存在的现实困境及发展路径研究

Abstract
This paper aims to explore the practical dilemma and development path of kindergarten labor education. With the deepening of education reform, the importance of kindergarten labor education is increasingly prominent, but it is faced with multiple challenges in practice. First of all, the content and form of education are limited, lack of innovation and diversity, and it is difficult to meet the needs of children's all-round development. Secondly, the lack of educational resources and conditions leads to the difficult to effectively implement labor education. Thirdly, the labor education quality of kindergarten teachers needs to be improved, and the lack of systematic training and support. Finally, parents' lack of cognition and support for kindergarten labor education has affected its overall development. In view of the above difficulties, this paper proposes the corresponding development path. First of all, the content and form of education should be optimized, and attention should be paid to practicality and innovation to promote children's all-round development. Secondly, strengthen the construction of educational resources and conditions, and improve the implementation and effect of labor education through the integration and optimization of resources. Thirdly, to improve the labor education quality of kindergarten teachers, strengthen training and support, and improve their educational ability and level. Finally, enhance parents' cognition and support for kindergarten labor education, establish the cooperation mechanism of home co-education, and jointly promote the development of labor education. While kindergarten labor education is facing practical difficulties, it also contains great development potential.
