摘 要
本文探讨了小班幼儿入园分离焦虑的问题。分离焦虑是小班幼儿入园阶段常见的心理现象,表现为不安、哭闹等情绪反应。这种焦虑不仅影响幼儿的个体发展,如情绪稳定、社交能力,还对家庭关系和幼儿园教育环境产生负面影响。分析其原因,早期依恋关系不良、家庭环境变化以及陌生环境刺激是主要因素。为有效应对这一问题,建议建立稳定的依恋关系,提供稳定的家庭环境,并提前让幼儿熟悉新环境。这些策略旨在帮助幼儿顺利度过入园适应期,促进其身心健康发展,同时优化家庭与幼儿园的教育环境,为幼儿的全面发展奠定坚实基础。

Abstract
This paper discusses the problem of separation anxiety among small class children. Separation anxiety is a common psychological phenomenon in small class children entering the kindergarten, which is manifested as emotional reactions such as restlessness and crying. This anxiety not only affects the individual development of young children, such as emotional stability and social skills, but also has a negative impact on family relations and the kindergarten education environment. To of the reasons, early poor attachment relationship, family environment changes and unfamiliar environment stimulation are the main factors. In order to effectively respond to this problem, it is suggested to establish a stable attachment relationship, provide a stable family environment, and familiarize young children with the new environment in advance. These strategies aim to help children get through the kindergarten adaptation period, promote their physical and mental health development, and optimize the educational environment of family and kindergarten, so as to lay a solid foundation for children's all-round development.
