摘 要
本文旨在探讨在教学团队模式下如何重构法学实践教学体系,以促进学生能力的全面提升。研究主要采用了文献分析法,分析了国内外相关研究现状,并提出了构建教学体系的基本思路和实践措施。通过团队模式下的法学实践教学,本研究探讨了学生在能力培养方面的表现,并提出了相关的改进建议。研究认为,因材施教、多元化评价以及目标导向都是重要的实践理念,对教学体系改进具有深远的意义。总之,本文对法学实践教学体系的重构提出了具体而实用的建议,并对未来研究提出了展望。

Abstract:This paper aims to discuss how to reconstruct the legal practice teaching system under the teaching team mode in order to promote the overall improvement of students' ability. The research mainly uses the literature analysis method, analyzes the relevant research status at home and abroad, and puts forward the basic ideas and practical measures to build the teaching system. Through the team mode of legal practice teaching, this study discusses the performance of students in the cultivation of ability, and puts forward relevant suggestions for improvement. According to the research, individualized teaching, diversified evaluation and goal orientation are important practical concepts, which have far-reaching significance for the improvement of teaching system. In conclusion, this paper puts forward concrete and practical suggestions for the reconstruction of legal practice teaching system, and puts forward the prospect of future research.
