摘 要
细胞自噬是一种重要的细胞代谢过程,能够通过降解过程中的细胞成分来维持细胞内环境的平衡,参与到多种疾病的发生与发展中。本文从细胞自噬的基本概念和分子机制出发,介绍了细胞自噬与疾病的关系,并针对疾病中已知的自噬通路进行了系统的总结。同时,重点介绍了具有潜在作用的自噬调控剂,包括药物及天然产物,并结合现有研究成果对其应用进行了讨论。通过对临床前及临床研究的综合分析,本文对未来自噬调控剂的开发及应用方向进行了展望。

Abstract
Autophagy is an important cellular me tabolic process, which can maintain the balance of intracellular environment by degrading cellular components and participate in the occurrence and development of a variety of diseases. Based on the basic concept and molecular mechanism of autophagy, this paper introduces the relationship between autophagy and diseases, and systematically summarizes the known autophagy pathways in diseases. At the same time, the potential regulators of autophagy, including drugs and natural products, were introduced, and their applications were discussed based on the existing research results. Through the comprehensive analysis of preclinical and clinical studies, the future development and application direction of autophagy regulators were prospeced in this paper.
