摘要
本文论述了具体建筑施工方面的问题,在施工过程中负责工序、施工质量和工程产品质检工作;对违章操作有质量隐患的工程产品有权责令其停工,并及时报项目经理限期改正,处理后方可复工;要认真填写施工质量评定表,整理好原始资料,参加施工“三检”的复检签证,对工程质量负直接责任。项目经理为项目施工第一责任人,全面负责整个项目的决策与管理工作,严格实行岗位责任制,提倡一人多职,一职多能的高效工作法,制定目标管理办法,实行安全、质量一票否决权,开展创精品工程活动和文明施工竞赛,力争安全、高效、文明、环保全面丰收。为了搞好项目工程树立企业形象,公司精心组织挑选项目班子,确定现场人员以确保工程的质量、安全、进度。同时,对施工过程中出现的问题和不合格品进行积极的整改和处理,避免后期出现质量问题。在这方面,要加强对施工现场的检查和复检工作,及时排除质量隐患,保证每个工序和产品都符合国家相关标准和规定,确保项目工程质量稳定可控,避免发生安全事故。

Abstract
During the construction process, the person in charge is responsible for the work process, construction quality, and inspection of the engineering product quality. If there are potential quality hazards due to violations, they have the right to order a work stoppage and report to the project manager for correction before resuming work. They must fill out the construction quality evaluation form carefully, organize the original data, participate in the re-inspection visa of the construction "three inspections", and take direct responsibility for the engineering quality. The project department implements project management, with the project manager as the first person in charge of the construction, responsible for the decision-making and management of the entire project. A strict responsibility system is in place, and we advocate a high-efficiency work method of "one person,"safety and quality veto", and launched activities to create high-quality projects and civilized construction competitions, striving to achieve a comprehensive harvest of safety, efficiency, civilization, and environmental protection. In order to establish the company's image by doing well in project engineering, the company carefully selects the project team, determines the onsite personnel to ensure the quality, safety, and progress of the project. In order to ensure the quality of the project, we also pay attention to on-site management and technical support during construction. We carefully organize the construction personnel, implement various management systems, ensure on-site safety and orderliness, and controllable quality. At the same time, we actively rectify and handle problems and non-conforming products that occur during construction to avoid quality problems in the later stages.
