摘 要
本文旨在探究儿童权益保护的法律，分析我国儿童权益保护法律法规体系、法律机构体系以及法律实践情况，并提出完善建议。儿童是社会中最为脆弱的群体之一，其权益保护关系到国家和社会的发展稳定。文章首先阐述了儿童权益的概念、特点及重要性，指出儿童权益保障的基础有宪法、法律法规、国际公约等多个层面。然后分析了当前我国儿童权益保护的法律现状，认为虽然有完善的法律法规和机构体系，但在实践过程中仍然存在虐童事件屡禁不止、司法救助不足等问题。最后，提出完善建议，包括进一步完善法律法规体系、健全机构体系、提高法律实践质量等方面。建议加强社会宣传，提高法律机构和司法机关的专业水平，以实现全面保障儿童权益的目标。

Abstract
This paper aims to explore the laws on the protection of children's rights and interests, analyze the legal and regulatory system, legal institution system and legal practice of the protection of children's rights and interests in China, and put forward suggestions for improvement. Children are one of the most vulnerable groups in the society, and the protection of their rights and interests is related to the development and stability of the country and society. The article first expounds the concept, characteristics and importance of children's rights and interests, and points out that the basis of the protection of children's rights and interests includes the constitution, laws and regulations, international conventions and other levels. Then the paper analyzes the current legal situation of the protection of children's rights and interests in China, and believes that although there are perfect laws and regulations and institutional systems, there are still problems such as repeated prohibition of child abuse and insufficient judicial assistance in practice. Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions, including further improving the legal and regulatory system, improving the institutional system, and improving the quality of legal practice. It is suggested to strengthen social publicity and improve the professional level of legal institutions and judicial organs, so as to achieve the goal of comprehensively protecting children's rights and interests.
