农业机械化进程中农机维修问题及对策研究
摘 要
随着中国农业现代化进程的加速，农业机械化已成为提升农业生产效率的重要手段。然而，农机维修问题在农业机械化进程中日益凸显，成为制约农机使用寿命和生产效率的关键因素。本研究旨在探讨当前农机维修体系中的主要问题，并提出相应的对策建议。通过文献分析、实地调研和案例研究相结合的方法，本文系统梳理了农机维修的技术瓶颈、服务体系不完善以及农民维修意识薄弱等问题。研究发现，当前农机维修市场存在技术水平参差不齐、维修服务网络覆盖不足以及配件供应不及时等现象，严重影响了农机的正常使用和维护。基于此，本文提出了构建多元化农机维修服务体系、加强技术培训与推广、完善政策支持等对策建议。

RESEARCH ON AGRICULTURAL MACHINERY MAINTENANCE PROBLEMS AND COUNTERMEASURES IN THE PROCESS OF AGRICULTURAL MECHANIZATION
ABSTRACT
With the acceleration of China's agricultural modernization process, agricultural mechanization has become an important means to improve agricultural production efficiency. However, the problem of agricultural machinery maintenance is increasingly prominent in the process of agricultural mechanization, which has become the key factor restricting the service life and production efficiency of agricultural machinery. This study aims to explore the main problems in the current agricultural machinery maintenance system, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures. Through the combination of literature analysis, field research and case study, this paper systematically sorted out the technical bottleneck of agricultural machinery maintenance, imperfect service system and weak farmers' awareness of maintenance. It is found that the current agricultural machinery maintenance market has uneven technical level, insufficient coverage of maintenance service network and delayed supply of spare parts, which seriously affects the normal use and maintenance of agricultural machinery. Based on this, this paper puts forward the construction of diversified agricultural machinery maintenance service system, strengthening technical training and promotion, and improving policy support.
