摘 要
协同创新是一种新型的企业创新模式，通过企业间的合作实现知识共享与创新，为企业创造更多的价值。本文通过相关文献的梳理与分析，探讨协同创新企业创新模式的特点与优势。研究发现，协同创新企业创新模式的关键在于共享与合作。企业在协同创新模式下，可以共享资源、技术、思想等各类知识，并通过开放式合作实现更快更好的创新。协同创新企业可以采用联合研发、技术合作、知识产权合作等方式，积极开展创新合作，提高创新效率和创新质量。
但是，协同创新企业也面临着许多的挑战。因此，协同创新企业在合作时需要制定完善的知识产权保护措施，建立透明化的合作机制，规范各方的合作行为，才能真正实现协同创新的优势。
总之，本文通过深入分析协同创新企业的创新模式，探讨了协同创新企业的优势和挑战，为企业实现更好的创新提供了新思路和新方法。未来的研究还可以进一步探索协同创新企业的治理机制、团队协作、智慧创新等问题。

Abstract
Collaborative innovation is a new type of enterprise innovation model that achieves knowledge sharing and innovation through cooperation between enterprises, creating more value for the company. This paper explores the characteristics and advantages of collaborative innovation enterprise innovation models through literature review and analysis. The study found that the key to collaborative innovation enterprise innovation model lies in sharing and cooperation. Enterprises in a collaborative innovation model can share resources, technology, and ideas, and achieve faster and better innovation through open collaboration. Collaborative innovation enterprises can actively engage in innovation cooperation through methods such as joint R&D, technology cooperation, and intellectual property cooperation to improve innovation efficiency and quality.
However, collaborative innovation enterprises also face many challenges. Therefore, in cooperation, collaborative innovation enterprises need to develop sound knowledge protection measures, establish transparent cooperation mechanisms, and regulate the cooperation behavior of all parties in order to truly realize the advantages of collaborative innovation.
Overall, this paper deeply analyzes the innovation model of collaborative innovation enterprises, discusses the advantages and challenges of collaborative innovation enterprises, and provides new ideas and methods for enterprises to achieve better innovation. Future research can further explore the governance mechanism, team collaboration, and intelligent innovation of collaborative innovation enterprises.

Abstract
Collaborative innovation is a new type of enterprise innovation model that achieves knowledge sharing and innovation through cooperation between enterprises, creating more value for the company.
