摘 要
随着数字化技术的迅猛发展,口腔正畸治疗正经历着前所未有的变革。本研究旨在探讨数字化口腔正畸治疗中的问题与挑战,并提出相应的对策。研究背景基于近年来中国在数字化医疗领域的显著进步,特别是在口腔医学中的应用。通过文献综述和实证研究,本研究分析了数字化技术在正畸治疗中的应用现状,包括3D打印、计算机辅助设计(CAD)和计算机辅助制造(CAM)等技术的整合。研究发现,尽管数字化技术显著提高了治疗的精确性和效率,但仍面临数据安全、患者隐私保护、技术成本高昂以及专业人员培训不足等挑战。为应对这些问题,本研究提出了多层次的对策,包括加强法律法规建设以保障数据安全,推动技术创新以降低成本,以及开展系统性培训以提升专业人员的技能水平。此外,本研究还强调了跨学科合作的重要性,建议口腔医学与信息技术领域加强交流与合作。通过这些措施,预期能够进一步提升数字化口腔正畸治疗的整体水平,为患者提供更加高效和安全的医疗服务。

Abstract
With the rapid development of digital technology, orthodontic treatment is undergoing unprecedented changes. This study aims to explore the problems and challenges in digital orthodontic treatment and propose corresponding countermeasures. The research background is based on the remarkable progress in the digital medical field in China in recent years, especially in stomatology. Through literature review and empirical research, this study analyzes the current application of digital technology in orthodontic treatment, including the integration of 3D printing, computer aided design (CAD) and computer aided manufacturing (CAM). The study found that while digital technology significantly improves the accuracy and efficiency of treatment, it still faces the challenges of data security, patient privacy protection, high technology costs, and inadequate training of professionals. To address these problems, this study proposes multi-level countermeasures, including strengthening the construction of laws and regulations to ensure data security, promoting technological innovation to reduce costs, and conducting systematic training to improve the skill level of professionals. Moreover, this study highlights the importance of interdisciplinary collaboration and suggested greater exchanges and cooperation in the field of stomatology and information technology. Through these measures, it is expected to further improve the overall level of digital orthodontic treatment and provide more efficient and safe medical services for patients.
