高校思想政治教育中的隐性教育缺失及对策
摘 要
随着全球化和信息化的快速发展,高校思想政治教育面临着前所未有的挑战与机遇。本文旨在探讨高校思想政治教育中的隐性教育缺失问题及其对策。首先,文章概述了隐性教育理论与思想政治教育理论,并分析了隐性教育在高校思想政治教育中的独特价值。随后,文章深入剖析了当前高校思想政治教育中隐性教育在认知、实践、机制和成效四个层面存在的缺失问题,具体包括隐性教育理念的缺失、隐性教育资源开发不足、隐性教育评价体系不完善以及隐性教育效果难以量化评估等。针对这些问题,文章提出了相应的对策措施,包括加强隐性教育理念普及与认知、丰富隐性教育资源与实践方式、完善隐性教育评价与激励机制以及促进隐性教育与显性教育的融合等。通过本文的研究,旨在为高校思想政治教育工作者提供有益的参考与借鉴,推动高校思想政治教育的创新与发展。

Abstract
With the rapid development of globalization and informatization, the ideological and political education in colleges and universities is facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities. This paper aims to discuss the lack of hidden education in college ideological and political education. Firstly, the paper summarizes the implicit education theory and ideological and political education theory, and analyzes the unique value of implicit education in ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Subsequently, the article deeply analyzes the current recessive education in the ideological and political education in the cognitive, practice, mechanism and effectiveness of four levels of missing problems, including the lack of recessive education idea, recessive education resources development, recessive education evaluation system is not perfect and recessive education effect is difficult to quantitative evaluation, etc. In view of these problems, the paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures, including strengthening the popularization and cognition of implicit education ideas, enriching the implicit education resources and practice mode, improving the evaluation and incentive mechanism of implicit education, and promoting the integration of implicit education and explicit education. Through the research, this paper aims to provide useful reference and reference for the ideological and political educators in colleges and universities, and promote the innovation and development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.

Abstract
With the rapid development of globalization and informatization, the ideological and political education in colleges and universities is facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities. This paper aims to discuss the lack of hidden education in college ideological and political education. Firstly, the paper summarizes the implicit education theory and ideological and political education theory, and analyzes the unique value of implicit education in ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
