大学生思想政治教育中的人文关怀缺失及对策

Abstract
With the rapid development of society and the popularization of higher education, the ideological and political education of college students is facing new challenges and opportunities. By sorting out the concept and connotation of humanistic care and its embodiment in the field of education, this paper lays a theoretical foundation for the latter research. Analyze the important role of humanistic care in the ideological and political education of college students, including promoting the comprehensive development of college students, enhancing the effectiveness of ideological and political education and coping with the challenges brought by social changes. This paper analyzes the concrete manifestations of the lack of humanistic care in the ideological and political education of college students, such as ignoring the lack of individual differences of students, the lack of humanistic education content, the weak campus cultural atmosphere and the single evaluation standard. In view of these problems, this paper puts forward the corresponding improvement countermeasures, including changing the educational concept to strengthen the humanistic care consciousness, enriching the educational content and innovating the educational methods, optimizing the educational environment to create the humanistic care atmosphere, improving the evaluation system and establishing the humanistic care feedback mechanism. Through the research of this paper, it aims to provide useful reference for the ideological and political education of college students, and promote its development to a more humanized and scientific direction.

Abstract
