地下工程的建设被广泛应用,在建筑领域、交通领域等方面都有它的身影。然而,由于工程项目的复杂性和一些外在因素的影响,地下工程的建设难度较大,并且经常会面临各种形式的风险和变化。在此背景下,本文以地下工程的建设为出发点,从风险管理的角度,探讨如何应对地下工程中的各种风险问题,并提出了一些有效的应对策略,以期提高地下工程建设的效率和质量。本文首先介绍了地下工程的特点,强调了地下工程建设中面临的风险问题的复杂性和多样性。其次,本文对地下工程项目中可能出现的风险因素进行了细致的分析和总结,明确了各种风险因素对地下工程项目建设的影响。最后,本文探讨了一些常见的风险应对策略,包括信息共享,技术创新,合作共建等,这些策略将有助于提高地下工程项目的成效和合理分担风险。结合具体的工程实践,本文对风险应对策略进行了简要说明,并提出了一些实际可行的建议,希望对地下工程造价的风险管理和应对提供有益的参考。

Abstract
The construction of underground engineering is widely used in the field of construction, transportation and so on. However, due to the complexity of the project and the influence of some external factors, the construction of underground engineering is more difficult, and often faces various forms of risks and changes. In this context, this paper takes the construction of underground engineering as the starting point, from the perspective of risk management, discusses how to deal with various risks in underground engineering, and puts forward some effective countermeasures, in order to improve the efficiency and quality of underground engineering construction. This paper first introduces the characteristics of underground engineering and emphasizes the complexity and diversity of the risks faced in the construction of underground engineering. Secondly, this paper analyzes and summarizes the possible risk factors in underground engineering projects, and defines the influence of various risk factors on the construction of underground engineering projects. Finally, this paper discusses some common risk coping strategies, including information sharing, technological innovation, cooperation, etc., which will help improve the effectiveness of underground engineering projects and reasonable risk sharing. Combined with the concrete engineering practice, this paper briefly explains the risk coping strategies, and puts forward some practical and feasible suggestions, hoping to provide useful reference for the risk management and coping of underground engineering cost.

Abstract
