摘要
通过对工程成本的基本理论以及工程成本的动态分析和预报,运用了大量的理论和实例,阐述了“赢得值”原则是成本的一种动态分析和控制的有效手段,并根据两种不同的周期,建立了两种适用于不同时期的未完工累积成本的预测模式:在项目的前期,利用 GM 的灰色预报模式,对未来的几个期进行了成本的预报;在项目的最后阶段,利用一种简便、切实可行的方法,对整个工程的总成本进行了估算。本文以麓山国际花园3-2-3单元B3单元地基项目为实例,应用“赢得值”理论分析了项目建设过程中的项目成本,以便在项目实施过程中,发现项目的进度、成本和产品的成本偏差。利用 GM 的灰色预报模式,对项目前期的未完工项目成本进行了估算,并根据项目的进度、成本和质量,给出了相应的控制方案,从而达到对项目前期成本的有效管控。

Abstract
Based on the basic theory of engineering cost and the dynamic analysis and prediction of engineering cost, a large number of theories and examples are used to illustrate that the "earned value" principle is an effective means of dynamic analysis and control of cost, and according to two different periods, two prediction models for the uncompleted cumulative cost in different periods are established: at the early stage of the project, the grey prediction model of GM is used, The cost forecast is made for the next several periods; At the final stage of the project, a simple and practical method was used to estimate the total cost of the whole project. Taking the foundation project of Unit B3 of 3-2-3 of Lushan International Garden as an example, this paper analyzes the project cost in the process of project construction using the "earned value" theory, so as to find the project schedule, cost and product cost deviation during the project implementation. The grey prediction model of GM is used to estimate the cost of the uncompleted project in the early stage of the project, and the corresponding control scheme is given according to the progress, cost and quality of the project, so as to achieve effective control of the early stage cost of the project.
