摘要
近年来，我国为推动社会和谐发展，改善人民居住条件，加快经济发展，在基建方面投入越来越多，建筑业也得到了快速发展。因为建设周期长、施工过程复杂以及众多参与人员的质量较差等原因，建设行业属于一个比较集中的安全风险领域。因此，在建设过程中，经常发生的安全事故，给建设单位带来了巨大的人身伤害和财产损失，已经引起了我国政府和社会公众的普遍重视。强化建设项目的安全风险管理，既是社会发展的要求，又是建设项目的重要组成部分。本论文将装饰工程施工安全风险视为主要的内容，将施工中的安全管理活动与风险管理理论有机地融合起来，将当前安全风险管理各个步骤的应用方式进行了比较，并根据装饰工程施工安全管理和安全风险的有关特点，选择了一种合理适用的安全风险管理方式，从而能够更好地管理装饰工程施工中的安全风险。

Abstract
In recent years, China has invested heavily in infrastructure to promote social harmony and improve living conditions for the people, which has led to rapid development in the construction industry. However, due to its long construction cycle, complex construction process, and poor quality of many participants, the construction industry is an area with a high concentration of safety risks. Safety accidents that frequently occur during construction have caused considerable personal injury and property damage to construction units, which has attracted widespread attention from the Chinese government and society. Strengthening the management of safety risks in construction projects is not only a requirement for social development but also an essential component of construction projects. This paper focuses on the safety risks of decorative construction, organically combines safety management activities during construction with risk management theory, compares various application methods of current safety risk management steps, selects a reasonable and applicable safety risk management method according to the relevant characteristics of safety management and risks during decorative construction, and improves the management of safety risks in decorative construction.
