计算机视觉在智能交通系统中的应用研究
摘 要
随着全球城市化的不断推进,交通拥堵和安全问题也日益突出。基于计算机视觉的智能交通系统应运而生,它可以通过对图像、视频等数据的处理和分析,实现实时监控、流量控制、安全预警等功能,有效改善城市交通状况和提高交通安全水平。此篇论文主要从三个方面分析了基于计算机视觉的智能交通系统,其中一、智能交通系统相关概述包括智能交通系统的定义和应用领域,以及基于计算机视觉的智能交通系统技术的发展历程和现状;二、基于计算机视觉的智能交通系统综述包括计算机视觉技术的基本原理和分类、基于计算机视觉的智能交通系统方法及其应用,以及常见的智能交通系统任务及其解决方法;三、基于计算机视觉的智能交通系统技术改进研究包括目标检测与跟踪技术的改进研究、视频分析与行为识别技术的改进研究,以及图像增强与去噪技术的改进研究。最后,文章探讨了基于深度学习与多模态信息融合的智能交通系统方法、基于云计算和边缘计算技术的智能交通系统,以及基于大数据分析与决策支持的智能交通系统等未来发展趋势。

Abstract
With the continuous advancement of global city, traffic congestion and safety problems are increasingly prominent. Intelligent transportation systems based on computer vision have emerged, which can achieve real-time monitoring, flow control, safety warning and other functions through the processing and analysis of images, videos and other data, effectively improving urban traffic conditions and improving traffic safety levels. This paper mainly analyzes intelligent transportation systems based on computer vision from three aspects. Firstly, an overview of intelligent transportation systems includes the definition and application fields of intelligent transportation systems, as well as the development process and status of intelligent transportation system technology based on computer vision; 2、 A review of intelligent transportation systems based on computer vision includes the basic principles and classifications of computer vision technology, methods and applications of intelligent transportation systems based on computer vision, as well as common intelligent transportation system tasks and their solutions; 3、 The research on the improvement of intelligent transportation system technology based on computer vision includes the improvement of ob ject detection and tracking technology, the improvement of video analysis and behavior recognition technology, and the improvement of image enhancement and denoising technology. Finally, the paper discusses the future development trends of intelligent transportation system based on deep learning and multimodal information fusion, intelligent transportation system based on cloud computing and edge computing technology, and intelligent transportation system based on big data analysis and decision support.
