财务危机信号的预警机制与应对策略研究
摘 要
本文旨在研究财务危机信号的预警机制及应对策略。在全球金融危机的背景下，企业面临的财务风险和危机日益增加，财务危机定义明确、预警机制重要。通过文献综述、财务指标评估体系和使用财务指标预警财务危机的方法、多指标评估体系和使用多指标预警财务危机的方法、应对财务危机的策略研究，本文归纳出以下结论：建立完善的财务指标评估体系和预警模型，对财务危机的预测和防范具有重要作用；综合考虑多个财务指标，弥补单项指标不足，提高预警准确性；制定财务危机应急预案、优化资本结构和完善财务管理制度等措施，对于应对财务危机具有积极作用。

Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to study the early warning mechanism and countermeasures of financial crisis signal. In the context of the global financial crisis, enterprises are facing increasing financial risks and crises. The definition of financial crisis is clear and the early warning mechanism is important. Through literature review, financial index evaluation system and the method of using financial index to warn financial crisis, multi-index evaluation system and the method of using multi-index to warn financial crisis and the strategy of dealing with financial crisis, this paper summarizes the following conclusions: the establishment of a perfect financial index evaluation system and early warning model is of great importance to the prediction and prevention of financial crisis; Comprehensive consideration of multiple financial indicators, make up for the deficiencies of single indicators, improve the accuracy of early warning; Making financial crisis emergency plan, optimizing capital structure and perfecting financial management system and other measures play a positive role in dealing with financial crisis.

Abstract
