教育公平视角下的小学资源配置研究






摘  要

  随着社会对教育公平的关注日益加深,小学教育资源配置的合理性成为研究的重要议题。本研究基于教育公平的视角,探讨我国小学教育资源在区域、城乡及校际间的分配现状及其影响因素,旨在为优化资源配置提供理论支持与实践指导。当前小学教育资源在不同区域间存在显著差异,城乡二元结构仍是制约教育公平的主要障碍,而校际间的资源配置不均衡问题亦不容忽视。此外,研究发现政策干预对缩小资源差距具有积极作用,但需进一步完善机制设计以提升效率。本研究的创新点在于引入空间分析方法揭示资源配置的空间异质性,并结合政策实施效果评估提出针对性建议,为实现教育公平提供了新的研究视角和实证依据。研究成果不仅有助于深化对教育资源配置规律的理解,也为相关政策制定者提供了科学决策参考。

A Study on Primary School Resource Allocation from the Perspective of Educational Equity

Abstract

  With the increasing attention of the society to education equity, the rationality of the allocation of primary education resources has become an important topic of research. Based on the perspective of educational equity, this study discusses the current distribution of primary education resources in regions, urban and rural areas and among schools and its influencing factors, aiming to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for optimizing resource allocation. At present, there are significant differences in primary education resources among different regions. The dual structure of urban and rural areas is still the main obstacle restricting educational equity, and the imbalance of inter-school resource allocation cannot be ignored. In addition, the study found that policy intervention has a positive effect on narrowing the resource gap, but the mechanism design needs to be further improved to improve efficiency. The innovation of this study is to introduce spatial analysis method to reveal the spatial heterogeneity of resource allocation, and put forward targeted suggestions combined with the evaluation of policy implementation effects, providing a new research perspective and empirical basis for realizing educational equity. The research results not only help to deepen the understanding of the law of allocation of educational resources, but also provide scientific decision-making reference for relevant policy makers.
