角色游戏对幼儿社会性发展的促进作用 -学前教育专业

摘要

角色游戏作为幼儿教育中的重要组成部分，对促进幼儿社会性发展具有深远意义。本研究基于社会学习理论和建构主义理论，探讨了角色游戏在幼儿社会性发展中的作用机制及其实际效果。参与角色游戏的幼儿在社交技能、情感表达和问题解决能力方面显著优于对照组，特别是在同理心培养和冲突解决策略上表现出明显优势。本研究创新性地提出了“角色游戏情境化教学模式”，将游戏与日常教学深度融合，有效提升了幼儿的社会适应能力和人际交往水平。此外，研究还发现教师的引导方式和游戏设计质量对游戏效果有重要影响，强调了专业培训和环境创设的重要性。总体而言，本研究不仅验证了角色游戏对幼儿社会性发展的积极作用，还为学前教育实践提供了具体可行的操作建议，为相关领域理论研究和应用推广奠定了基础。

The Facilitating Role of Role-playing Games in the Social Development of Young Children

Abstract

As an important part of early childhood education, role play has far-reaching significance in promoting the social development of children. Based on social learning theory and constructivism theory, this study explores the mechanism and practical effects of role play in children's social development. The children who participated in role-playing were significantly better than the control group in social skills, emotional ex pression and problem solving, especially in empathy cultivation and conflict resolution strategies. This study innovatively puts forward the "role play contextualized teaching model", which deeply integrates games with daily teaching and effectively improves children's social adaptability and interpersonal communication level. In addition, the study also found that the teacher's guidance style and the quality of game design have an important impact on the game effect, emphasizing the importance of professional training and environment creation. In general, this study not only validates the positive effect of role play on children's social development, but also provides concrete and feasible operational suggestions for preschool education practice, laying a foundation for theoretical research and application promotion in related fields.
