Abstract

  With the improvement of preschool education quality and the deepening of research on children's development, kindergarten teachers' observation ability as the core quality to support children's personalized growth has been widely concerned. The purpose of this study is to explore the cultivation strategies of kindergarten teachers' observation ability in order to promote their professional development and optimize their educational practice. At present, kindergarten teachers have obvious deficiencies in observation goal setting, recording method selection and data analysis ability, which are mainly due to the lack of theoretical knowledge, practical experience and support system. This study put forward a set of systematic training strategies, including building a problem-oriented training system, strengthening the practice reflection mechanism and improving the supporting environment of the park. The innovation point is to integrate information technology into the training process of observation ability, and use intelligent tools to assist teachers to achieve efficient data collection and analysis. The study also highlights the critical role of peer collaboration and expert mentoring in capacity development. This study provides theoretical basis and practical path for improving kindergarten teachers' observation ability, and is of great significance for promoting the high-quality development of preschool education.
