摘 要
随着教育理念的不断更新，家园共育已成为促进儿童全面发展的重要途径，而家长参与度作为其核心要素，直接影响共育效果。本研究旨在探讨提升家长在家园共育中参与度的有效策略，以优化家庭教育与幼儿园教育的协同作用。研究提出了一系列创新性策略，包括构建多元化的参与平台、设计灵活的互动形式、强化家长教育意识以及完善家校沟通机制。结果显示，通过实施上述策略，家长的参与意愿显著增强，其在教育活动中的角色从被动配合转向主动协作，有效提升了共育质量。本研究的主要贡献在于提出了针对性强且可操作性高的实践框架，为解决家园共育中普遍存在的参与度问题提供了理论支持与实践参考，同时为推动家庭教育与学校教育的深度融合奠定了基础。

Abstract
With the continuous renewal of education concept, home co-parenting has become an important way to promote children's all-round development, and parental participation, as its core element, directly affects the co-parenting effect. The purpose of this study is to explore effective strategies to enhance parents' participation in home co-parenting, so as to optimize the synergistic effect of family education and kindergarten education. The study proposed a series of innovative strategies, including the construction of diversified participation platforms, the design of flexible interactive forms, the strengthening of parents' awareness of education and the improvement of home-school communication mechanism. The results show that through the implementation of the above strategies, parents' willingness to participate is significantly enhanced, and their role in educational activities is changed from passive cooperation to active cooperation, which effectively improves the quality of co-parenting. The main contribution of this study is to put forward a practical fr amework with strong pertinence and high operability, which provides theoretical support and practical reference for solving the common participation problem in home co-parenting, and lays a foundation for promoting the deep integration of family education and school education.
