摘 要
随着现代企业组织结构日益复杂化,内部沟通与团队协作效率已成为影响企业竞争力的核心因素之一。本研究旨在探讨企业内部沟通机制对团队协作效率的提升作用,并提出优化策略以解决当前存在的信息不对称和协作障碍问题。研究采用定量与定性相结合的方法,通过问卷调查、深度访谈以及案例分析,收集了来自不同行业企业的大量数据。结果显示,清晰的沟通渠道、高效的反馈机制以及技术工具的支持是提高团队协作效率的关键驱动因素。此外,研究发现文化氛围和领导支持在促进沟通效果方面具有显著的调节作用。本研究的创新点在于构建了一个整合型框架,将沟通行为、技术支持和组织文化三者有机结合,为实践提供了系统化的指导方案。主要贡献体现在理论层面深化了对企业内部沟通与协作关系的理解,同时在实践层面为企业管理者提供了可操作的优化路径,有助于实现更高效、更协同的工作模式。

Abstract
As modern enterprise organizational structures become increasingly complex, internal communication and team collaboration efficiency have emerged as one of the core factors influencing corporate competitiveness. This study investigates the role of internal communication mechanisms in enhancing team collaboration efficiency and proposes optimization strategies to address existing issues of information asymmetry and collaboration barriers. By employing a mixed-methods approach that combines quantitative and qualitative research, data were collected from numerous enterprises across different industries through questionnaires, in-depth interviews, and case analyses. The findings indicate that clear communication channels, efficient feedback mechanisms, and technological support are key drivers for improving team collaboration efficiency. Additionally, the study reveals that cultural atmosphere and leadership support play significant moderating roles in promoting communication effectiveness. A key innovation of this research lies in the construction of an integrated fr amework that organically combines communication behavior, technical support, and organizational culture, providing systematic guidance for practical applications. The primary contributions of this study are twofold: theoretically, it deepens the understanding of the relationship between internal communication and collaboration within enterprises; practically, it offers actionable optimization pathways for managers, facilitating the realization of more efficient and collaborative work models.
