摘 要
在全球化和市场竞争日益激烈的背景下,企业面临资源有限与快速适应环境变化的双重挑战,战略联盟作为一种重要的合作模式逐渐成为提升企业竞争力的关键手段。本研究旨在探讨战略联盟对企业竞争力的促进作用及其内在机制,通过系统分析联盟类型、合作模式及绩效影响因素,揭示其在资源整合、技术创新和市场拓展中的价值。研究采用混合方法设计,首先运用文献计量法梳理相关理论框架,随后结合问卷调查与案例分析对120家企业的数据进行实证研究。结果表明,战略联盟能够显著增强企业的资源获取能力、创新能力以及市场响应速度,尤其是在跨行业合作和国际化发展方面表现出独特优势。此外,信任关系、治理机制和文化融合是影响联盟绩效的核心因素。本研究的创新点在于构建了战略联盟与企业竞争力之间的动态关联模型,并提出了基于联盟生命周期的管理优化策略,为实践提供了具体指导。主要贡献体现在深化了对联盟价值创造机制的理解,同时为企业制定有效的合作战略提供了理论支持与实证依据。

Abstract
In the context of globalization and increasingly fierce market competition, enterprises are confronted with the dual challenges of limited resources and the need to rapidly adapt to environmental changes, making strategic alliances an essential means of enhancing competitiveness. This study aims to explore the role of strategic alliances in promoting corporate competitiveness and their underlying mechanisms by systematically analyzing alliance types, cooperation models, and performance-influencing factors, thereby revealing their value in resource integration, technological innovation, and market expansion. A mixed-methods design was adopted, initially employing bibliometric analysis to organize relevant theoretical fr ameworks, followed by empirical research combining questionnaire surveys and case studies using data from 120 enterprises. The findings indicate that strategic alliances significantly strengthen a firm's resource acquisition capabilities, innovation capacity, and market responsiveness, particularly showcasing unique advantages in cross-industry collaboration and international development. Moreover, trust relationships, governance mechanisms, and cultural integration emerge as core factors influencing alliance performance. The innovation of this study lies in constructing a dynamic association model between strategic alliances and corporate competitiveness and proposing management optimization strategies based on the alliance life cycle, providing concrete guidance for practice. Its primary contributions include deepening the understanding of alliance value-creation mechanisms and offering both theoretical support and empirical evidence for enterprises to develop effective cooperation strategies.
