摘 要
在全球化与技术快速迭代的背景下,企业面临日益复杂的市场竞争环境,战略管理中的创新与变革成为推动可持续发展的关键因素。本研究旨在探讨企业战略管理中创新与变革的核心机制及其对企业绩效的影响,通过整合动态能力理论与组织变革理论,构建了以创新驱动变革、以变革促进创新的战略管理框架。研究采用混合方法设计,首先基于问卷调查收集了325家企业的数据,并运用结构方程模型分析创新能力和变革能力之间的交互关系;其次,选取典型案例进行深入访谈,验证理论模型在实践中的适用性。结果表明,创新能力与变革能力之间存在显著的正向关联,且这种关联受到组织文化与领导力的调节作用。此外,研究发现变革能力对短期财务绩效影响有限,但对长期竞争优势具有显著提升作用。本研究的创新点在于将创新与变革视为相互依存的动态过程,并首次提出“双驱动”战略管理模式,为企业提供了更具操作性的实践指导。研究成果不仅丰富了战略管理领域的理论内涵,还为管理者制定创新与变革策略提供了科学依据,具有重要的学术价值和实践意义。

Abstract
In the context of globalization and rapid technological iteration, enterprises are confronted with an increasingly complex market competition environment, where innovation and change in strategic management have become critical factors for promoting sustainable development. This study aims to explore the core mechanisms of innovation and change in enterprise strategic management and their impact on firm performance. By integrating dynamic capability theory and organizational change theory, a strategic management fr amework is constructed, which emphasizes innovation-driven change and change-facilitated innovation. The research adopts a mixed-methods design: first, data from 325 enterprises are collected through a questionnaire survey, and the interaction between innovation capability and change capability is analyzed using structural equation modeling. Second, in-depth interviews are conducted with selected case studies to validate the applicability of the theoretical model in practice. The results indicate a significant positive association between innovation capability and change capability, which is moderated by organizational culture and leadership. Additionally, it is found that while change capability has limited effects on short-term financial performance, it significantly enhances long-term competitive advantage. The novelty of this study lies in treating innovation and change as interdependent dynamic processes and proposing the "dual-driver" strategic management model for the first time, providing enterprises with more operational practical guidance. The research not only enriches the theoretical connotations of the strategic management field but also offers scientific evidence for managers to formulate innovation and change strategies, thus holding important academic and practical significance.
