摘 要
随着知识经济时代的到来,企业知识管理在推动组织创新能力和竞争优势方面的作用日益凸显。本研究旨在探讨企业知识管理与创新能力之间的关系,并进一步揭示其内在机制。通过文献综述与理论分析,结合问卷调查和实证研究方法,本研究选取了多个行业的企业作为样本,运用结构方程模型对数据进行分析。结果表明,企业知识管理的深度和广度显著影响其创新能力,尤其是在知识共享、知识转化和知识应用三个维度上表现出较强的促进作用。此外,组织文化作为中介变量,在知识管理与创新能力之间发挥了重要的调节作用。本研究的创新点在于将知识管理的具体维度与创新能力的多维特征相结合,构建了一个更为精细的理论框架,为相关领域的研究提供了新的视角。同时,研究结论为企业管理者优化知识管理策略、提升创新能力提供了实践指导,强调了营造开放包容的组织文化的重要性。总体而言,本研究不仅深化了对知识管理与创新能力关系的理解,还为企业的可持续发展提供了有价值的参考依据。

Abstract
With the advent of the knowledge economy era, the role of enterprise knowledge management in promoting organizational innovation capability and competitive advantage has become increasingly prominent. This study aims to explore the relationship between enterprise knowledge management and innovation capability and further reveal its underlying mechanism. Through a literature review and theoretical analysis, combined with questionnaire surveys and empirical research methods, this study selected enterprises from multiple industries as samples and applied structural equation modeling for data analysis. The results indicate that the depth and breadth of enterprise knowledge management significantly influence innovation capability, particularly demonstrating strong promotion effects in the three dimensions of knowledge sharing, knowledge transformation, and knowledge application. Moreover, organizational culture acts as a mediating variable, playing an important moderating role between knowledge management and innovation capability. The novelty of this study lies in integrating specific dimensions of knowledge management with the multidimensional characteristics of innovation capability to construct a more refined theoretical fr amework, providing new perspectives for research in related fields. Meanwhile, the conclusions offer practical guidance for enterprise managers to optimize knowledge management strategies and enhance innovation capability, emphasizing the importance of fostering an open and inclusive organizational culture. Overall, this study not only deepens the understanding of the relationship between knowledge management and innovation capability but also provides valuable references for the sustainable development of enterprises.
