Abstract

With the rapid development of information technology, digital transformation has become a critical strategic approach for enterprises to enhance their competitiveness, significantly impacting operational models, resource allocation efficiency, and market adaptability. This study investigates how digital transformation reshapes enterprise competitiveness and reveals its underlying mechanisms and key driving factors through empirical analysis. By combining questionnaire surveys with case studies, the research selects representative firms across multiple industries as samples and employs structural equation modeling for in-depth data analysis. The findings indicate that digital transformation substantially improves corporate innovation capabilities and operational efficiency while enhancing market responsiveness and customer satisfaction. Moreover, the study identifies organizational culture and technical capability as pivotal influencing factors for successful digital transformation, both of which jointly contribute to the enhancement of enterprise competitiveness. A key innovation of this research lies in conceptualizing digital transformation as a multidimensional dynamic process, focusing not only on technological changes but also on the role of organizational management and cultural adaptability. The study provides clear strategic guidance for enterprises, suggesting that optimizing resource allocation and upgrading technology in conjunction with cultural development can more effectively achieve digital transformation goals, thereby securing sustainable competitive advantages in highly competitive market environments. This conclusion offers significant reference value for both theoretical research and practical application.
