摘 要
随着学前教育事业的快速发展,男性幼儿教师作为教育多元化的重要组成部分逐渐受到关注,但其职业认同感问题却成为制约行业发展的一大瓶颈。本研究旨在探讨男幼师职业认同感面临的困境及其突破路径,以期为提升其职业满意度和行业吸引力提供理论支持与实践指导。男幼师在职业认同方面主要面临性别刻板印象、社会偏见、职业发展受限以及心理压力较大等多重困境。这些因素不仅影响其职业稳定性,还可能导致人才流失。基于此,研究提出从政策支持、社会认知改善、专业能力提升及心理健康干预等多个维度进行突破的策略。创新点在于首次系统分析了男幼师职业认同感的深层次问题,并构建了多维支持体系模型,为相关领域的研究提供了新视角。研究的主要贡献在于填补了国内关于男幼师职业认同感系统研究的空白,同时为优化学前教育师资结构提供了可行方案。

Abstract
With the rapid development of preschool education, male preschool teachers have gradually attracted attention as an important part of education diversification, but their professional identity has become a bottleneck restricting the development of the industry. The purpose of this study is to explore the dilemma faced by male kindergarten teachers' professional identity and its breakthrough path, in order to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for improving their career satisfaction and industry attraction. In terms of professional identity, male kindergarten teachers mainly face multiple difficulties, such as gender stereotype, social prejudice, career development limitation and psychological pressure. These factors not only affect their career stability, but also may lead to brain drain. Based on this, the research proposed a breakthrough strategy from multiple dimensions such as policy support, social cognition improvement, professional ability enhancement and mental health intervention. The innovation point lies in the first systematic analysis of the deep-seated problems of the professional identity of male kindergarten teachers, and the construction of a multi-dimensional support system model, which provides a new perspective for the research in related fields. The main contribution of this study is to fill the gap in the domestic research on the professional identity of male kindergarten teachers, and to provide a feasible plan for optimizing the structure of preschool teachers.
