  红锥作为一种重要的速生用材树种,在我国南方林业发展中具有显著的生态和经济价值,但其优树选择标准尚缺乏系统研究。本研究旨在通过分析红锥早期性状的相关性,建立科学的优树选择标准,为良种选育提供理论依据。研究选取了不同地理种源的红锥苗木,对其生长性状、形态特征及生理指标进行了全面测定,并采用Pearson相关分析法探讨各性状间的关联性。结果表明,地径与苗高呈显著正相关,且与叶片面积、生物量积累等性状密切相关,可作为关键选择指标;同时,根冠比对幼苗适应性具有重要影响,是评价抗逆能力的重要参数。本研究创新性地将生理指标纳入优树选择体系,提出了以地径为核心、结合根冠比和叶片性状的综合评价方法,为提高红锥良种选育效率提供了新思路。该研究成果对推动红锥产业化发展具有重要意义。

Abstract
  Cunninghamia lanceolata, as an important fast-growing timber species, plays a significant ecological and economic role in the development of southern Chinese forestry. However, systematic research on the selection criteria for superior trees remains insufficient. This study aims to establish a scientific standard for selecting superior Cunninghamia lanceolata trees by analyzing the correlations of early traits, thereby providing theoretical support for breeding high-quality varieties. Seedlings from different geographical sources were selected, and their growth traits, morphological characteristics, and physiological indicators were comprehensively measured. Pearson correlation analysis was employed to explore the relationships among these traits. The results indicate that stem diameter at ground level is significantly positively correlated with seedling height and closely associated with leaf area and biomass accumulation, making it a critical selection indicator. Additionally, the root-to-shoot ratio plays an important role in seedling adaptability and serves as a key parameter for evaluating stress resistance. Innovatively, this study incorporates physiological indicators into the superior tree selection system and proposes a comprehensive evaluation method centered on ground-level diameter, combined with root-to-shoot ratio and leaf traits, offering new insights for improving the efficiency of breeding high-quality Cunninghamia lanceolata varieties. This research holds important implications for promoting the industrial development of Cunninghamia lanceolata.
