摘 要
随着城市化进程的加快和环境问题的日益突出,老旧建筑的绿色改造已成为实现可持续发展的重要议题本研究以老旧建筑为对象,旨在探索其绿色改造的有效路径,通过系统分析现有建筑的技术状况、能源消耗特征及环境影响,提出针对性的改造策略研究采用文献综述、案例分析与实地调研相结合的方法,选取典型老旧建筑样本进行深入剖析,并结合生命周期评估模型对其改造前后的环境效益进行量化比较结果表明,通过优化围护结构性能、引入可再生能源系统以及提升室内环境质量,能够显著降低建筑能耗和碳排放同时,基于成本效益分析发现,合理的改造方案能够在较短时间内实现投资回报此外,本研究创新性地提出了“模块化改造”理念,将改造措施分为基础型、提升型和创新型三个层次,为不同需求的建筑提供灵活选择这一方法不仅提高了改造的经济可行性,还增强了技术实施的适应性最终得出结论,老旧建筑的绿色改造需综合考虑技术、经济与社会因素,因地制宜地制定改造方案,从而在推动建筑领域节能减排的同时,促进城市更新与可持续发展

ABSTRACT
With the acceleration of urbanization and the increasing prominence of environmental issues, the green retrofitting of old buildings has become an important topic for achieving sustainable development. This study focuses on old buildings, aiming to explore effective pathways for their green transformation. By systematically analyzing the technical conditions, energy consumption characteristics, and environmental impacts of existing buildings, targeted retrofitting strategies are proposed. The research adopts a combination of literature review, case analysis, and field investigation, selecting typical old building samples for in-depth analysis. Additionally, a lifecycle assessment model is employed to quantitatively compare the environmental benefits before and after retrofitting. The results indicate that optimizing envelope performance, integrating renewable energy systems, and enhancing indoor environmental quality can significantly reduce building energy consumption and carbon emissions. Furthermore, a cost-benefit analysis reveals that reasonable retrofitting schemes can achieve investment returns within a relatively short period. Innovatively, this study proposes the concept of "modular retrofitting," categorizing retrofitting measures into three levels: basic, advanced, and innovative, providing flexible options for buildings with different needs. This approach not only improves the economic feasibility of retrofits but also enhances the adaptability of technical implementation. Ultimately, it is concluded that the green retrofitting of old buildings requires a comprehensive consideration of technical, economic, and social factors, with tailored retrofitting plans developed based on local conditions. This not only promotes energy conservation and emission reduction in the construction sector but also facilitates urban renewal and sustainable development.
