摘 要
随着全球能源危机和环境问题的加剧,零能耗建筑作为可持续发展的关键策略受到广泛关注,而光伏玻璃技术因其高效能源转换与建筑一体化特性成为实现零能耗建筑的重要手段。本研究旨在探索基于光伏玻璃的零能耗建筑设计与优化方法,通过理论分析、实验验证和案例研究相结合的方式,系统评估光伏玻璃在建筑中的应用潜力及其对能源平衡的影响。研究采用动态能耗模拟软件对建筑全年能耗进行预测,并结合光伏玻璃发电性能测试数据建立能量供需模型。结果表明,合理设计的光伏玻璃系统能够显著降低建筑运行能耗,并在特定条件下实现年度能源收支平衡。此外,本研究提出了一种基于多目标优化算法的光伏玻璃布局方案,有效提升了系统的综合能效。创新点在于将光伏玻璃的光学与电学特性融入建筑整体设计,同时提出了适用于不同气候条件的优化策略。研究表明,光伏玻璃技术不仅为零能耗建筑提供了可行路径,还为未来绿色建筑的发展奠定了重要基础。

ABSTRACT
With the intensification of global energy crises and environmental issues, zero-energy buildings have garnered significant attention as a critical strategy for sustainable development. Photovoltaic glass technology, characterized by its high-efficiency energy conversion and building-integrated properties, has emerged as a vital approach to achieving zero-energy buildings. This study aims to explore the design and optimization methods of zero-energy buildings based on photovoltaic glass. By integrating theoretical analysis, experimental validation, and case studies, the research systematically evaluates the application potential of photovoltaic glass in buildings and its impact on energy balance. Dynamic energy consumption simulation software was employed to predict the annual energy consumption of buildings, while an energy supply-demand model was established using test data on the power generation performance of photovoltaic glass. The results indicate that a well-designed photovoltaic glass system can substantially reduce operational energy consumption and achieve annual energy balance under specific conditions. Furthermore, this study proposes a photovoltaic glass layout scheme based on multi-ob jective optimization algorithms, which effectively enhances the overall energy efficiency of the system. The innovation lies in integrating the optical and electrical characteristics of photovoltaic glass into holistic building design and proposing optimization strategies adaptable to various climatic conditions. The findings demonstrate that photovoltaic glass technology not only provides a feasible pathway for zero-energy buildings but also lays an important foundation for the future development of green architecture.
