摘 要
随着中国城镇化进程的加速和农业现代化的发展，农村土地流转已成为优化资源配置、提高农业生产效率的重要手段。本研究以农村土地流转为切入点，探讨其对农民收入水平及土地利用效率的影响，旨在揭示土地流转在促进农村经济发展中的作用机制。研究基于全国范围内2010年至2020年的面板数据，采用固定效应模型与工具变量法相结合的方法，控制内生性问题并确保估计结果的稳健性。结果显示，土地流转显著提高了农民的总收入水平，尤其是非农就业收入部分，表明土地流转通过释放劳动力促进了多元化收入来源的形成。同时，土地流转对土地利用效率具有正向影响，具体表现为单位面积产量的提升和规模化经营的实现。此外，研究发现土地流转的效果存在区域异质性，东部地区的收益更为显著，而中西部地区则受限于基础设施不足和市场发育程度较低的问题。

Abstract
With the acceleration of China's urbanization process and the development of agricultural modernization, rural land circulation has become an important means to optimize resource allocation and improve agricultural production efficiency. This study takes rural land circulation as the starting point to explore its influence on farmers' income level and land use efficiency, aiming to reveal the role mechanism of land circulation in promoting rural economic development. Based on the nationwide panel data from 2010 to 2020, we used a fixed effects model combined with the instrumental variable method to control the endogeneity issues and ensure the robustness of the estimated results. The results show that land transfer significantly improves the total income level of farmers, especially the non-agricultural employment income part, indicating that land transfer promotes the formation of diversified income sources through the release of labor force. At the same time, land circulation has a positive impact on land use efficiency, which is embodied in the increase of output per unit area and the realization of large-scale operation. In addition, the study found that there is regional heterogeneity in the effect of land transfer, and the eastern regions have more significant benefits, while the central and western regions are limited by the lack of infrastructure and low degree of market development.
