摘 要
随着信息技术的快速发展,智慧城市建设已成为全球城市化进程中的一项重要议题,而三维地理信息系统(3DGIS)作为支撑空间数据可视化与分析的核心技术,在智慧城市建设中展现出巨大潜力。本研究旨在探讨3DGIS在智慧城市中的应用价值及其关键技术实现路径,通过整合多源异构数据,构建高精度、动态更新的城市三维模型,为城市管理与决策提供科学依据。研究采用理论分析与实证研究相结合的方法,首先梳理了3DGIS技术的发展历程及核心功能,随后基于实际案例设计了一套完整的3DGIS应用框架,涵盖数据采集、处理、建模与可视化等关键环节。研究结果表明,3DGIS能够显著提升城市空间信息的表达能力,支持复杂场景下的模拟与预测,并在交通管理、灾害预警和资源规划等领域发挥重要作用。本研究的创新点在于提出了一种融合大数据与人工智能的3DGIS优化方法,有效解决了传统系统在数据处理效率与精度方面的不足。此外,研究还开发了一套适用于智慧城市的三维地理信息平台,实现了多尺度、多维度的空间数据分析与展示。总体而言,本研究不仅验证了3DGIS在智慧城市建设中的可行性与优越性,还为相关领域的技术发展提供了新的思路与实践参考。

ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of information technology, smart city construction has become a significant issue in the global urbanization process. As a core technology supporting spatial data visualization and analysis, three-dimensional geographic information systems (3DGIS) demonstrate great potential in this context. This study aims to explore the application value of 3DGIS in smart cities and its key technical implementation pathways. By integrating multi-source heterogeneous data, it constructs high-precision, dynamically updated urban 3D models, providing scientific support for urban management and decision-making. The research combines theoretical analysis with empirical studies, first reviewing the development history and core functions of 3DGIS technology. Subsequently, based on practical cases, a comprehensive 3DGIS application fr amework is designed, covering key stages such as data acquisition, processing, modeling, and visualization. The results indicate that 3DGIS significantly enhances the representation of urban spatial information, supports simulation and prediction under complex scenarios, and plays a crucial role in areas like traffic management, disaster warning, and resource planning. An innovation of this study lies in proposing an optimized 3DGIS method that integrates big data and artificial intelligence, effectively addressing deficiencies in data processing efficiency and accuracy found in traditional systems. Additionally, the study develops a 3D geographic information platform tailored for smart cities, enabling multi-scale and multi-dimensional spatial data analysis and presentation. Overall, this research not only verifies the feasibility and superiority of 3DGIS in smart city construction but also provides new insights and practical references for technological advancements in related fields.
