摘 要
随着城市化进程的不断推进,传统城市规划手段已难以满足日益复杂的空间信息需求,而倾斜摄影测量技术凭借其高精度、高效性和直观性,为城市更新规划提供了全新的技术支持。本研究以倾斜摄影测量技术为核心,结合三维建模与地理信息系统,探讨其在城市更新规划中的具体应用及优化路径。研究通过构建基于倾斜摄影的高精度三维模型,实现了对城市空间形态的精确还原,并利用多源数据融合技术提升了模型的细节表现力和实用性。同时,研究提出了一种面向城市更新的自动化分析方法,能够快速提取建筑物高度、面积等关键参数,为规划决策提供科学依据。实验结果表明,该技术能够在保证数据精度的同时显著降低外业工作量,提升规划效率。此外,研究创新性地将语义分割算法引入倾斜摄影数据处理流程,有效解决了大规模场景中建筑物分类与识别的难题,进一步拓展了技术的应用范围。总体而言,本研究不仅验证了倾斜摄影测量技术在城市更新规划中的可行性与优越性,还为其实际应用提供了系统化的解决方案,为推动智慧城市建设与精细化管理奠定了重要基础。

ABSTRACT
With the continuous advancement of urbanization, traditional urban planning methods are increasingly unable to meet the complex spatial information requirements. In this context, oblique photogrammetry technology, characterized by its high precision, efficiency, and intuitiveness, offers new technical support for urban renewal planning. This study focuses on oblique photogrammetry technology, integrating it with 3D modeling and geographic information systems to explore its specific applications and optimization pathways in urban renewal planning. By constructing high-precision 3D models based on oblique photogrammetry, the study achieves an accurate reproduction of urban spatial morphology and enhances the model's detail representation and practicality through multi-source data fusion technology. Furthermore, an automated analysis method tailored for urban renewal is proposed, enabling the rapid extraction of critical parameters such as building height and area, thereby providing a scientific basis for planning decisions. Experimental results demonstrate that this technology can significantly reduce fieldwork while maintaining data accuracy, thus improving planning efficiency. Additionally, the study innovatively incorporates semantic segmentation algorithms into the oblique photogrammetry data processing workflow, effectively addressing challenges in building classification and identification within large-scale scenes and further expanding the technology's application scope. Overall, this research not only verifies the feasibility and superiority of oblique photogrammetry technology in urban renewal planning but also provides a systematic solution for its practical application, laying an important foundation for promoting smart city construction and refined management.
