随着信息技术的快速发展,数据已成为中小企业核心资产的重要组成部分,而数据丢失或损坏可能对企业的正常运营造成严重威胁因此,优化中小企业数据备份策略具有重要的现实意义本研究以提升数据备份效率、降低备份成本及增强数据安全性为目标,针对中小企业资源有限和技术能力不足的特点,提出了一种基于分级存储和智能调度的数据备份优化方案该方案结合数据重要性评估模型与动态调整算法,通过分析数据访问频率和价值属性,实现差异化备份策略同时,引入云计算技术作为补充手段,构建混合备份架构以平衡本地与云端资源利用在方法层面,采用问卷调查与案例分析相结合的方式,收集并整理了120家中小企业的实际需求和现有问题,并通过模拟实验验证了所提方案的有效性结果表明,该优化策略能够显著减少备份时间约35%,降低存储成本约40%,并在数据恢复成功率上达到98%以上此外,研究还探讨了不同规模企业对备份策略的适用性差异,为后续实践提供了参考依据总体而言,本研究不仅为中小企业提供了可操作性强的备份解决方案,还推动了数据管理理论在中小型企业中的应用,具有较高的学术价值和实践意义

ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of information technology, data has become a critical component of the core assets for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), while data loss or damage may pose a severe threat to their normal operations. Therefore, optimizing data backup strategies for SMEs holds significant practical importance. This study aims to improve data backup efficiency, reduce backup costs, and enhance data security by addressing the characteristics of limited resources and insufficient technical capabilities in SMEs. A data backup optimization scheme based on tiered storage and intelligent scheduling is proposed. This scheme integrates a data importance evaluation model with a dynamic adjustment algorithm, analyzing data access frequency and value attributes to implement differentiated backup strategies. Additionally, cloud computing technology is introduced as a supplementary approach to construct a hybrid backup architecture, balancing the utilization of local and cloud resources. Methodologically, a combination of questionnaire surveys and case analyses was employed to collect and organize the actual needs and existing issues of 120 SMEs, and simulation experiments were conducted to validate the effectiveness of the proposed scheme. The results indicate that this optimization strategy can significantly reduce backup time by approximately 35%, lower storage costs by about 40%, and achieve a data recovery success rate exceeding 98%. Furthermore, this research explores the applicability differences of backup strategies across enterprises of varying scales, providing a reference basis for subsequent practices. Overall, this study not only offers SMEs a highly operational backup solution but also promotes the application of data management theory in small and medium-sized enterprises, demonstrating substantial academic value and practical significance.
