随着煤矿行业对安全生产要求的不断提高,传统安全培训方式因场景单一、互动性差等问题已难以满足实际需求。为此,本研究旨在开发一种基于虚拟现实(VR)技术的煤矿工人安全培训系统,以提升培训效果和安全性意识。研究通过分析煤矿作业中的典型安全隐患与事故案例,构建了高度仿真的虚拟培训环境,并结合人机交互技术实现了沉浸式学习体验。系统设计包括理论学习模块、虚拟实操训练模块以及考核评估模块,能够针对不同工种提供个性化培训方案。实验结果表明,该系统显著提高了受训人员的安全知识掌握程度和应急处理能力,同时有效降低了培训成本和风险。本研究的主要创新点在于将VR技术与煤矿安全培训深度融合,突破了传统培训的空间限制,为行业提供了智能化、可扩展的解决方案。研究成果不仅有助于提升煤矿工人的安全素质,还为其他高危行业的安全培训提供了参考范式。

ABSTRACT

With the continuous increase in safety production requirements in the coal mining industry, traditional safety training methods, which suffer from issues such as单一 scenes and poor interactivity, have become insufficient to meet practical needs. To address this challenge, this study aims to develop a safety training system for coal mine workers based on virtual reality (VR) technology, thereby enhancing training effectiveness and safety awareness. By analyzing typical safety hazards and accident cases in coal mining operations, a highly realistic virtual training environment was constructed, and immersive learning experiences were achieved through the integration of human-computer interaction technologies. The system design comprises three main modules: theoretical learning, virtual hands-on training, and assessment evaluation, offering personalized training programs tailored to different job roles. Experimental results indicate that this system significantly improves the level of safety knowledge acquisition and emergency response capabilities among trainees while effectively reducing training costs and risks. A key innovation of this research lies in the deep integration of VR technology with coal mine safety training, breaking through spatial limitations inherent in traditional training methods and providing an intelligent, scalable solution for the industry. The research outcomes not only contribute to enhancing the safety competence of coal mine workers but also offer a reference model for safety training in other high-risk industries.
