摘 要
随着工业化的快速发展,粉尘污染已成为中小企业面临的重大环境与健康问题。然而,传统粉尘监测设备因成本高昂、操作复杂而难以在中小企业中普及。本研究旨在探索低成本传感器在中小企业粉尘防控中的应用潜力,以实现高效、经济的粉尘监测与管理。研究通过对比分析不同类型的低成本传感器性能,并结合实际工业场景设计了一套基于物联网技术的粉尘监测系统。该系统能够实时采集、传输和分析粉尘浓度数据,为中小企业提供动态监控和预警功能。实验结果表明,所选低成本传感器在特定浓度范围内具有较高的灵敏度和稳定性,且系统整体运行成本显著低于传统方案。此外,研究创新性地提出了一种校准算法,有效提升了传感器在复杂环境下的测量精度。研究表明,低成本传感器及其配套系统的应用不仅降低了中小企业的粉尘监测门槛,还为其制定科学的防控策略提供了技术支持。这一研究成果对推动中小企业环保升级和可持续发展具有重要意义,同时为低成本传感器在其他环境监测领域的应用提供了参考价值。

ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of industrialization, dust pollution has become a significant environmental and health issue faced by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). However, traditional dust monitoring equipment is difficult to popularize among SMEs due to its high cost and complex operation. This study aims to explore the application potential of low-cost sensors in dust prevention and control for SMEs, thereby achieving efficient and economical dust monitoring and management. By comparing and analyzing the performance of different types of low-cost sensors and integrating them into real industrial scenarios, an Internet-of-Things (IoT)-based dust monitoring system was designed. This system can collect, transmit, and analyze dust concentration data in real time, providing dynamic monitoring and early warning functions for SMEs. Experimental results indicate that the selected low-cost sensors exhibit high sensitivity and stability within a specific concentration range, with the overall operational cost of the system being significantly lower than that of traditional solutions. Additionally, this study innovatively proposes a calibration algorithm that effectively enhances measurement accuracy under complex environmental conditions. The research demonstrates that the application of low-cost sensors and their associated systems not only reduces the threshold for dust monitoring in SMEs but also provides technical support for the development of scientific prevention and control strategies. This finding is of great significance for promoting environmental upgrades and sustainable development in SMEs and offers valuable reference for the application of low-cost sensors in other environmental monitoring fields.
